Wednesday, December 3: DIY Grounding Kits

  • This Mindful Moment Monday table will guide you through creating your own personalized grounding kit using the 5 senses technique. Learn how to manage stress and anxiety by engaging sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. Then build a take-home kit with calming items that speak to each sense.
