ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ offers a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in healthcare administration. The Master of Healthcare Administration curriculum is designed to cover all Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) core competencies and to provide all students with a deep and broad understanding and appreciation of the healthcare system and healthcare management consistent with the program’s mission. Program Highlights

  • The Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) program allows you to earn your degree by taking courses in a hybrid format.

  • The faculty utilizes a broad array of teaching methods in the development of competencies for students. These include lectures, both faculty-led and student-led discussions and analyses, panel discussions, small group activities, case studies, simulations, problem solving, student presentations, reflective papers, team projects and field-based experiences.

Requirements

What are the requirements to apply for Healthcare Administration at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ?
  • Applications open Aug. 26 for consideration for admission to the Fall 2025 term, and applications are reviewed until the class is filled.

    Priority consideration will be given to applications received by March 1. International applicants who will require an F-1 Student Visa to study in the United States must submit their application by April 15.

  • For applications received by March 1 the following review process will be used:

    • Applications reviewed and offers for applicant interviews by March 8
    • Applicant interviews scheduled by March 19
    • Interviews conducted by April 9
    • Admission offers made by April 16
    • Admission offers accepted by applicants by April 30
    • Decision to close admissions or continue reviewing applications by April 30
    • No GRE or GMAT required.
    • Completion of all undergraduate degree requirements from an accredited institution prior to matriculating in the Health Administration (M.H.A.) program, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
      • In the case where an applicant’s cumulative GPA is below the minimum 3.0, reviewers may consider a replacement GPA computed from the most recent 40 semester credit hours of U.S. or Canadian coursework.
    • International applicants, whose native language is not English, must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – Minimum scores: Paper-based test 550, Computer-based test 213, iBT exam 80 OR International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - Minimum scores: Total 6.5, Subscores: 6.

    • Three (3) letters of reference from academic or workplace affiliations that reflect on an applicant’s behavior, character, and leadership ability.
    • Personal essay describing how the Health Administration (M.H.A.) degree will enhance your professional goals.
    • Current CV/resume documenting professional experience, educational achievements, and volunteer experience.
    • Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Ensure the degree conferral date is listed on the awarding institution’s transcript.
    • Transcripts must be sent to HAMPCAS only. HAMPCAS only accepts electronic transcripts from Parchment and National Student Clearinghouse. If your school does not offer either of these services, your transcript must be sent via mail. Please use the information below to send your transcripts.
    • Sending transcripts to HAMPCAS by mail. Download a transcript request form after you enter each institution in HAMPCAS and send the transcript request form to the institution registrar to send transcript by mail to the address below:

    • Interview: Screened applicants will meet with the Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) program admissions committee to assess interpersonal and communication skills, maturity, and an understanding and commitment to Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) career paths. Applicants may have the opportunity to take a campus tour on the day of the interview.
    • International students must abide by all U.S. Immigration laws throughout their enrollment in the Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) program. Transcripts

In cases where a non-U.S. grading system has been used, verification must be provided by one of the following services:

  • World Education Services
  • Educational Credential Evaluators

If the academic institution that you attended does not issue documents in English, the credentialing agency will require that you submit a word-for-word translation of your transcripts. You can contact to submit your transcripts for translation and instruct them to send the translated transcript to the credentialing agency you choose.

HAMPCAS will ONLY accept the evaluation report from the credentialing agency. Do not send your foreign transcript to HAMPCAS.

Cost of Attendance

We believe in providing students with transparent and accessible information about the cost of attendance.
