Teach in Japan for one week in August 2025, all expenses paid:
UNIVERSITY OF KITAKYUSHU FACULTY EXCHANGE PROGRAM
The Office of International Collaborations invites applications for the 2026 Monarch Faculty Exchange Program at the University of Kitakyushu (UKK), Japan in August 2026.
Program highlights:
Open to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ full-time faculty in the Humanities or Social Sciences.
Teach 15 classes (3 per day over 5 days). Each class is 90 minutes.
Classes must be taught in English and focus on topics related to the U.S.
UKK provides housing and a stipend.
OIC covers round-trip airfare and international health insurance.
Faculty cover passport fees, meals and personal expenses.

Tentative syllabus (course title, learning outcomes, main topics).
Please choose class materials that you can provide or are freely accessible as we cannot request UKK students to purchase textbooks.
1–2-minute teaching video (e.g., Zoom recording) of any topic but showcasing your use of a power point presentation simple enough to be understood by students whose first language is not English.
