Our interactive, multimedia courses feature language games, presentations, Chinese dramas and films, as well as cultural activities such as calligraphy, Chinese cuisine, and karaoke.

Chinese Studies Minor

Admission Requirements

Before beginning the minor, students complete:

· CHIN 111 – Beginning Chinese Language & Culture (6 credits)

· CHIN 212 – Intermediate Chinese Language & Culture (6 credits)

Minor Requirements (12 Upper-Level Credits)

· Required (6 credits):

o CHIN 311 – Advanced Chinese I

o CHIN 312 – Advanced Chinese II

Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA in minor courses and complete at least 6 upper-level Chinese credits at ��ϲ��.
