Have unpaid ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ parking tickets? For three days only—October 20 through October 22, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM—you can pay off your citations by donating unopened, unexpired peanut butter to the Transportation & Parking office at 4310 Elkhorn Avenue.
Every 2 ounces of peanut butter earns $1 in citation credit, up to a maximum of 200 ounces ($100 credit). All unpaid citations are eligible, except for tickets currently in appeal or re-appeal. Donations must be made in person for your own citations, and any remaining balance after credit must be settled at donation time.
All donations will be going to families of Norfolk Public Schools and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Monarch Pantry. Peanut butter for parking provides the campus community with a way to pay off citations and support those experiencing food insecurities in our area.
Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Transportation & Parking Services by phone: 757-683-4004 or email: parking@odu.edu. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 7:30AM – 5:00PM, and Fridays 7:30AM – 4:00PM.
