The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Strategic Initiatives is offering four Zoom training sessions designed specifically for faculty who are new to the University or who have received a new contract or rank and will undergo a First-Year Annual Review during the 2026–2027 academic year.
These sessions are intended to ensure that faculty feel informed, prepared, and confident as they approach this important milestone in their academic careers. Whether you have questions about the review process, need clarification on expectations, or would benefit from additional guidance, these sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about the process and receive support.
We encourage eligible faculty to attend a session and take advantage of this opportunity to prepare for a successful First-Year Annual Review.
NOTE: To receive the Zoom link, you MUST REGISTER for the session via the RSVP Link: . Once registered, you will receive an email with the corresponding Zoom link and training materials to your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ email address 24 – 48 hours before the session.
Each session will cover the same material and will not be recorded. Below are the dates and times of the scheduled training sessions:
• Tuesday, October 6, 2026: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
• Tuesday, October 6, 2026: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Thursday, October 8, 2026: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
• Thursday, October 8, 2026: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
