Join us for a day of movement, energy, and ocean vibes on our Surf & Yoga Trip, a collaboration between the Outdoor Adventure Program and Fitness & Wellness. We鈥檒l start with a guided beach yoga session to warm up the body and mind, then head into the water to learn and practice the fundamentals of surfing. This experience is designed for all skill levels and focuses on building confidence, trying something new, and enjoying time in a supportive, fun environment by the ocean. All equipment, transportation, and the guidance of a knowledgeable trip leader are included in your trip fee. A mandatory pre-trip meeting will be held the Sunday before your trip.
