The following elements must be completed before an invitation to interview can be granted to the applicant:
 

  • Complete and submit the  and application fee. Apply by:
    • Nov. 15th for early decision
    • Feb. 1st for regular admission and Early Assurance Program
    • Apr. 15th for international applicants who will require an F-1 Student Visa to study in the United States.
    • Application submissions before February 1st will be given priority.  Application submissions after February 1st will be considered on a rolling basis.
  • Submit two references from individuals who are acquainted with you academically and/or professionally.  References from close friends and family members are unacceptable.
  • Submit a personal statement that describes how or why you want to become an art therapist and your future goals.
  • Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended.
  • Please complete your application early to ensure your preferred interview date. Invitations to interview will be sent out once your application is reviewed.
The all-day in-person interview dates are as follows:
  • Friday, January 29, 2027
  • Friday,  February 26, 2027
  • Saturday, February 27, 2027
  • Friday, March 5, 2027
