EVMS recently welcomed more than 80 members of the Physician Assistant, MPA program Class of 2025.
On Friday, Jan. 13, class members participated in a White Coat Ceremony, pictured above.
During the ceremony, Dr. Alfred Abuhamad, President, Provost and Dean of the School of Medicine, praised the students for answering a call to service.
鈥淵ou are a critical component of the solution to the healthcare workforce shortage,鈥 he said during the event. 鈥淵ou chose a school that is rooted in the community and dedicated to the idea that everyone deserves compassionate care from highly skilled providers.鈥
