ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ/EVMS Technology Integration

Your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Identity

By now, you should have set up your new ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ digital identity (your "MIDAS ID") which is synchronized with your EVMS identity. Your user name and password are the same on both sides (with very rare exceptions); this ID unlocks ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ and EVMS technology services. (If you still need a MIDAS ID, see this guide.)

MIDAS

The Monarch IDentity & Authorization System – ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's ID, password and online account management system (similar to ReACT)

MONARCH-KEY

Single sign-on for access to most University IT resources using your MIDAS ID and password

LEO ONLINE

Access timesheets, paystubs, leave balances, and other administrative employee services

EVMS DUO

Two-factor authentication prevents anyone but you from logging in, even if they know your password.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Accounts

You automatically received access to services like email, Office 365, Google Apps and network access when we integrated. You don't need to do anything to activate these services; just log in with your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID and password. Additional services, however, must be requested through MIDAS. These requests are automatically routed to the appropriate people for approval, and most accounts are processed within 24 hours. Request the following services and accounts at :

  • Banner
  • BDMS
  • Database Accounts
  • Web Time Entry

You can also request access to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ VPN. (As of August 9, 2025, the EVMS VPN has been disabled. Learn more about ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's VPN here.)

Workstation & Email Migration

One of our largest integration tasks is the migration of individual workstations and email accounts to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ servers. This is happening a little at a time over the next several months, and we are working closely with each department to ensure that all needs are met and concerns are addressed. We will let you know exactly what date your workstation and mailbox will be migrated and what you can expect, and we will work closely with you to make sure your files are safe.
