The University provides a collection of branded email templates designed for customization to meet the unique requirements of each subaccount. Units may customize the templates while maintaining ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ brand consistency. All templates must reflect ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s visual identity.

To maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications, the subaccount manager should email emmatemplaterequest@odu.edu to request University Communications’ review of template changes prior to deployment. This collaboration ensures that your emails align with the University’s visual and messaging standards while allowing for personalized adjustments.
