Her nationally recognized scholarship advances innovation in technology-enhanced learning through scalable models like FACULTEA, Rapid Online Teaching and Learning strategies, and competency-linked curricula aligned to workforce skills. She has designed and led online and hybrid programs, developed learning experiences, and published extensively on improving access, engagement, and outcomes for adult learners. She contributes through research, presentations, and leadership in building workforce and talent development frameworks that connect community colleges, industry, and learners.
A recipient of The Wagner Award for Innovation in Distance Learning Administration, she brings this commitment to doctoral education through practice-focused research and mentoring that drives real-world impact.
