Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide assistance at no cost to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ employees, eligible dependents and household members, regardless of enrollment in a health plan. Getting help with EAP is simple, convenient, and confidential. Employees may contact the programs directly at the numbers listed below, visit the online portals, or contact the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Benefits Team at benefits@odu.edu for assistance.
