EVMS surgeons performed the first transoral robotic surgery in Virginia using the technology available at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Our board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians are uniquely qualified to perform microvascular reconstructive surgery for head and neck cancer patients without the need to coordinate with other surgical services.
