Members receive tailored training to enhance skills such as leadership, networking, and public communication, making membership in the Blue Crown Society a transformative leadership experience. The society fosters professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities while challenging members to grow personally and contribute meaningfully to the university鈥檚 mission.

Mission Statement

To serve Monarch Nation as official representatives at hallmark university-sponsored events, collaborating with various departments including the President鈥檚 Office, Advancement, Student & Campus Life, Athletics, and Academic Affairs while developing valuable skills in leadership and service.

  • Must be able to memorize a volume of material about 黑料不打烊 and keep up with current information about institutional growth and development.
  • Excellent communication skills and poise in dealing with diverse groups.
  • Must be available for mandatory BCS meetings, regular events, and all other associated activities.
  • Ability to devote time each week to group duties while maintaining good grades.
  • Expected to ensure that all BCS events are covered year-round, including, but not limited to summer, spring, fall, and winter breaks, including university holidays.

  • Gain valuable professional experience along with the opportunity to network with various alumni, staff, and faculty.
  • Build upon and demonstrate leadership skills by stepping out of your comfort zone, meeting new people, and making new friends.
  • Training and development opportunities to establish or improve a respected reputation of integrity, service, and tradition.鈥↖mprove oral communication skills as hosts through networking and small talk.
  • Enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills on assignment by addressing concerns and responding accordingly.
  • Heighten time management skills and enhance professionalism.鈥–onnect with a team of BCS members through weekly meetings, assignments, etc.

  • Maintain a 3.0 GPA and good standing with the University academically and behaviorally.
  •   Be available to participate in training before the fall semester begins.
  •   Arrive in the appropriate (provided) uniform, on-time, and with a smile to all assigned events.

  • Applications are accepted throughout the year. However, applications must be received by March to be considered for the next academic year.
  • Interviews are held in March.
  • Training begins in April.
  • Membership begins in August and concludes in April of the following year.
